Remember all the pain from the stress, doubt, worry, and fear you have that is disrupting your happiness at work and home. All you want is to live a happy fulfilled life, right?

And remember what we talked about earlier how your mindset is controlled by your subconscious and its present program is all that’s holding you back.

Before you can begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to take the steps needed to achieve your goals, you need to choose the right goals.

Unfortunately, it is too easy to give up on your goals if you believe they are unattainable if they’re to HUMUNGOUS, that means really big!

To begin building your goals, you need to take a moment and think about who you are, what you want to accomplish, and how to best approach things.


If you are like most people, you prefer instant gratification, which means setting smaller, achievable one-step goals to move you closer to your primary end goal will be your best strategy.

One-Step Goals are baby steps that work towards your

End Goal, what you want to achieve in your life or business.

Setting small, achievable one-step goals allows you to break down the amount of work that you need to do to achieve your end goal, into smaller, more manageable pieces.

Setting Strategic Goals

Dividing your end goal into smaller, more easily achievable one-step goals is one of the best ways to achieve success. However, for you to obtain the results you want, you must develop the right strategy. Part of the plan is making sure that you set the right one-step goals so that you can reach your primary end goal.

To ensure that you set the right one-step goals, you need to take your time and put some effort into designing and setting your end goal.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make when setting your end goal is imposing unreasonable time limits on reaching that end goal.

Giving yourself too little time to achieve your end goal can increase your stress levels while giving yourself too much time can result in you losing your motivation.

So, we have an issue here of being stressed and losing motivation to carry on to success. Here’s my little tip to help you out.

It’s exactly what I did to start my day in a positive power pact way and to eliminate most of all the stress, worry, doubt and fear in my life.

My daily routine until it became a habit and well a habit, we do all the time so, now it’s not just a daily routine but a way of life.
